Situazione Sharm: un contentino per tutti

Ecco l'ultimo comunicato rilasciato ieri dalla CDWS (Chamber of Diving and Water Sports) che non posso fare a meno di commentare (in blu), dato che il ridicolo sembra non aver fine !!!

CDWS today received Decree # 389 dated 28.12.10 from the office of the Governor of South Sinai.

The decree states the following:

- all areas along the Sharm el Sheikh coast line are now open to water sports.

Tutte le aree sulla costa di Sharm el Sheikh sono riaperte per gli sports acquatici.

Bisognerebbe capire cosa intendono per "water sports":
Snorkelling? No.
Nuoto? No.
Banana boats? Boh.
Immersioni? Boh, non le avevano già consentite dappertutto?

- swimming is permitted in front of hotels on the condition that the hotel provides a ‘secure swimming area’. A ‘secure swimming area’ is defined as no deeper than 2m and clearly marked with buoys and ropes.

Si può nuotare di fronte agli hotel, solo se l'hotel allestisce un'area sicura: massima profondità 2 metri, delimitata da boe e corde (che notoriamente spaventano gli squali?!?)....quindi?

Quindi solo nelle baie...Naama Bay, Sharks Bay, Sharm el Moya, nella laguna dopo l'ex Conrad a Ras Ghamila e sul bagnasciuga della costa dato che da tutte le altre parti il reef è a frangente, quindi con profondità superiore ai 2 metri...

- CDWS confirmed with Gen. Ahmed Saleh that; all regulations relating to snorkelling in previous decrees still apply according to the decree # 358 (i.e. snorkelling in Tiran area only, only by boat and no drift snorkelling)

Confermate le disposizioni già in vigore : Snorkelling solo a Tiran, solo dalla barca e solo in shamandura...però però però ecco l'eccezione per non scontentare gli albergatori:

- the exception to this rule is that snorkelling activities maybe conducted where a hotel has a fringing reef, on the condition that they are accompanied by a snorkelling guide. The snorkelling guide must be a CDWS card holder and be working for a CDWS member centre.

Lo snorkelling può essere effettuato anche dagli hotel che hanno un reef a frangente (= ossia tutti quelli che non sono in una baia) con la condizione che ci sia una guida che abbia il tesserino della CDWS e che lavori per un centro CDWS (notoriamente invisi agli squali più audaci ?!?).................
